All broadband plans are prepaid. Once activated, payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation Before Activation:
If you cancel before service activation, you are eligible for a full refund (excluding any installation costs incurred).
Service Downtime/Outage:
In case of prolonged downtime (beyond 48 hours continuous outage), proportionate balance days may be credited.
Refund Method:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
