   • All broadband plans are prepaid. Once activated, payments are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Before Activation:

   • If you cancel before service activation, you are eligible for a full refund (excluding any installation costs incurred).

3. Service Downtime/Outage:

   • In case of prolonged downtime (beyond 48 hours continuous outage), proportionate balance days may be credited.

4. Refund Method:
